The design is in accordance with County Code to be approved by the County Authority. In addition to the comprehensive process to determine the best design for your septic system, Paul can also undertake and submit: - Site Evaluation; - Soil Evaluation (perk test); - Site Plans; - Final Inspection & Record Drawings; and - Certified Site Plans. Paul started his septic design career in 1992 and founded Alternative Designs in 1994. WA State License #5100285: On-Site Wastewater Treatment System Designer.
